I have had many ‘non-stick’ griddles in my life and they have gone to griddle Eden . This griddle is incredible . I bake eggs (fry & omelets) on it without oil, butter, or any lube. They bake in a mo on low-medium after the pan is warmed up first as the centerings state. It cleans off with the wipe of a paper towel. Needless to say , later I wash out it too! We just exchanged our old square griddle with this one and it’s been wonderful ! We create pancakes on it one time or doubly a week and they come out complete . I love that the handle does n’t get hot while you are cooking and the pancakes cook evenly. I ‘ve had no problems with them sticking with the pan, they glide quickly . Clean up is really easy as well. This pan is a marvellous product! .
